physioball single leg hamstring curl

This move targets the hamstring and gluteus muscles (back of the leg and butt!) of the active leg (right leg here) while engaging the abdominal muscles to maintain a solid trunk position.  Keep your butt raised, a solid trunk (one line from shoulders to hips), and curl your heel to your butt.
